Thanks to the generous Lafayette community and so many of Mr. Benab’s family and friends, we raised just over $10,000, to establish the Afsheen Benab Fund. The fund remains open and families can still contribute using this link, Afsheen Benab Fund.
In addition to dedicating the gym in his honor, this fund will support students who may need financial aid for sports-related, after school activities.
